The normally placid Kurt Plissken was visibly angry after former teammate Zelda Ashby spun him on the first turn in the opening moments of the Round of Quebec-- but he vented his frustrations in the direction of Ebenezer Quiggles, Jr..
Driving for Fluffy Penguin Onionburger, owned by Marcos Leonard-- another former teammate of Plissken-- Quiggles slammed hard into Plissken's passenger side.
A peeved Plissken's Snake Coils Lycoia Interceptor then limped its into the pits never to return.
Plissken told his crew that it was a pretty hard hit considering that it was the first turn and that most of the cars in the back had yet to reach full speed. That's when they showed Plissken the replay and it clearly showed that Quiggles never attempted to apply the brakes and in fact still seemed to be hard on the accelerator as he plowed into Plissken.
"It's bad enough that this group can't get through one turn without this type of bull$#!@ happening every race," a demonstrably livid Plissken ranted. "But when he had a clear sight line and plenty of time to react-- and still chose to keep on the gas-- it's ridiculous-- you can see that there's no skid marks present. No smoked tires. No effort to avoid T-boning me. Just timed it-- he #!@%&*ing had 4 full seconds to react!"
With that remark, Plissken caught sight of Quiggles' car being towed in. He reached into the cockpit, grabbed his helmet and raced towards the pit wall. Stopping at the barrier, Plissken then flung his helmet towards Quiggles' car, hitting right on the driver's side window. Quiggles, however was not in the cockpit.
Upon walking back to his pit, Plissken wondered aloud, "Is this some sort of payback because Rip Tyler beat him for the ARLA championship last year?"
Ashby was assessed an active time penalty, but she able to overcome it and finish 5th overall.

Woodard the victim of a thrown shoe at the Round of Quebec.
As if his controversial win didn't spoil his mood, Woodard had a shoe thrown at his car while he was running in 13th. He was forced to pit to get the shoe unlodged from between the hood and windshield. This delay caused him to go a lap down as the officials didn't give his crew the all clear until the leaders passed him.
"This is bullcrap, now only did Plissken get wrecked out early in the going, but I had my own problems today."
Woodard would finish in 18th, 1 lap down.

It was a size 22 quadruple E! But TMMC authorities were unable to find the match as patrons exited the event.
Just playing around and this should NOT be considered canon.

Taylor scores points in debut!
Cade Taylor, a alumni from the U of Maryland came to Quebec with local team Lucstar Motorsports. who considers this race their home one, LSM, is located a few hours away in New Brunswick. Taylor ran a clean race, running mainly in the top 15 all day. Sadley, the car suffered a mechanical problem with 2 to go, spoiling his good run, but, Taylor still finished in the last points position in 20th.
Taylor : I'm so happy right now, after running a clean race and finishing in the points, which was the team's goal this week, we managed to get it, with the crew praying the 88 (Scott Bates), would not pass us. He didn't & we celebrated like we had won the race. We're gonna have fun tonight!
The little team from New Brunswick, will be returning at the round of Wisconsin, at the famous Road America Road Course in Elkhart Lake.
