- After Leading the Way at Michigan, Delgado's Pit Crew Fails Him Again
You know the goodwill that the #837 pit crew may have built up by leading Tom Delgado to victory at Michigan? That's probably gone now after another miserable day at Quebec.
Late race pit problems cost Tom Delgado a shot at a good points finish ahead of Adrien Devereaux, and forced Delgado to settle for a very disappointing 19th place finish, falling a further 14 points behind the #26 in the championship. Delgado pulled no punches as he exited his car at the end of the race.
"They did it to me again. Another potentially solid points day ruined by people who don't know how to service a car properly" Delgado said with a rough tone in his voice. "I thought we finally got it right at Michigan, only to screw up something fierce here. Bitter pill to swallow, and I'm gonna have to speak to Katashima-san about this and we'll probably have a new pit crew for next season. Won't help my championship hopes this season though, which have taken yet another hit" Delgado added as he walked back to the garage, dejected after mishaps on pit road by his crew cost him even more points.

- Mummert says luck went into 20th place finish
Kraig Mummert finished 20th after starting 28th in today's TM Master Cup Series event at Trois-Rivieres in Quebec. While good enough for one point, Mummert says luck got him into the Top 20.
"It's a tight track, and it's hard to pass," Mummert said. "The roomiest place on the whole track is the front straight. Kurt [Plissken] and I got lucky to not run into Ethan [Everett] and Bobby [Porteau] after they crashed off of Turn 9 during our long battle for position."
Mummert has now scored points in four of the five races he's competed. He failed to finish at Road America after a crash, and failed to pre-qualify for the Indianapolis round.
