They must have changed it...I remember seeing a screen shot where Lauda was identified as "an elderly gentleman" (or something like that).

The company that did this, Panini, did it with this year's rookies too. This year's are a lot better than last year's.

So...I just got back from watching "Rush." Lets just say I wasn't prepared for some of the scenes in the movie, particularly when Lauda was in the hospital.

Friday I stopped at the former Meadowdale Raceway in Carpentersville, IL. It's been preserved as "Raceway Woods Forest Preserve, and a bike path has been paved around about half of the layout, with the original pavement around the rest. If you've ever played the NR2003 version of this track...it doesn't do it justice. The elevation changes are friken insane. I coasted my bike up to 40mph down the front stretch hill, and 35mph through the first corner, which was terrifying. I couldn't climb the hill after the esses on the bike, and couldn't climb the hill onto the backstretch either. Everything is just so damn steep. I can't imagine how incredible it must have been to see the track in action back in the day. It's just so much more over the top than I could have ever expected

Nice job Nascar9fan! I got mine back in June. It is pretty easy. From what I heard, driving test can be easier.

Somehow keep forgetting to post this, as this happened a couple of weeks ago; my friend and classmate that I mentioned here a while ago went on to win the Owosso Speedway track championship in the Sportsman class! He won 8 of this season's 15 feature races!

I went and picked up my pre-ordered copy of Pokemon X, but not my 3DS yet. I will pick one of those up on Wednesday after my mid terms are over so I actually focus on studying. I've been saving my money for this purchase for a while now.
