You are quite welcome, my good man. Though it seems your resume is quite a bit more expansive than mine.

The foundation Science test I had this morning was ridiculously easy so I hope they'll let me do the higher one next year. Three more tests after the holiday though, two maths and another science one, I think all in the same week.BWardboy88 wrote:Alta wrote:Finals week in the Britland as well?BWardboy88 wrote:Got my first of 7 upcoming exams today, a Science exam. Well for my year yes, in about 3 weeks, believe it or not I'll have 4 exams in the same week.

We had that in 9th grade, we had 3 (5 w Math, French), with 2 exemptions (French & Math, couldn't exempt). 10th, they decided to just do Math & FrenchPKligBKFan wrote:Lucstar88 wrote:BWardboy88 wrote:I had my exam today, seemed okay from my view as I'm hoping a Grade C is on the cards

I have a few finals to go myself, Pre-AP Spanish 4 and Trig/Pre-Calc. Physics final is a project, one of our group threw together a Rubens' tube, it's actually quite cool. All my AP tests were finished last week, I think I passed two, failed two.

I started having finals in 8th grade, had the Algebra final. Woulda had the Biology final, but the school decided I was too dumb to take Biology. I ended up taking that last year, and this year I had the English final (ECA). It's looking like next year I'll have three AP tests, with a final for Pre-Cal as well (if they have them, I honestly don't remember). Four days of school left for me, with one presentation and one project left, along with a test and three or four quizzes.

Meanwhile, I've already had a couple of exams last week, which are done earlier so as not to have too much clutter. The real exam session starts on June 6th. I will actually have, at one point, six exams over four days.
Oh, and I've had exams pretty much every year since fifth grade (in the American school system).

They're not too bad honestly, not for me anyway. Over here, often a teacher's performance is partially based on the performance of his or her students, thus the final exam is often easy as a final boost to our grades. The AP exams, however, are always difficult but if you fail them, there is no penalty so it's not really high stakes.Milan655 wrote:Haha, exams Enjoy, long past them now...

US don't seem so bad with exams, when I was in school we started our GCSE exams started a year early for whatever reason. Had about 2-4 exams across 12 subjects-was a bloody nightmare but got overall A+/* on all but 3 subjects..

Nice! It's been excellent racing so far this year, and I expect nothing less at Pocono based on the action at Indy this past weekend.

That's what I figured. We were going to do the ALMS race at Lime Rock (since we're all in Connecticut) but the tickets for Pocono gave us better seats for around the same price.

Re: Random Discussion Thread
Just went karting in a track in Hua Hin when I was visiting some friends at a hotel nearby. Clearly they don't have health and safety in Thailand; no gloves; no suit; no run-off area; the perimeter of the circuit surrounded by tyres and wire (neck height); 110kph karts on a 300m circuit. Being the (idiot) driver I am, I went straight away flat out and end up putting a kart under a tyre barrier..shit. Bent axle, changed to new kart. In the end, apparently I was one of the quickest ever there, but bloody hell it was dangerous...

And while on the topic of booking tickets, I booked tickets to go see BTCC at Oulton Park! Me and my dad are going for both Saturday and Sunday, so we'll get to see all the action, and Barney gets to look out for us on TV like he said to me he would on TeamSpeak lol

I booked a ticket to go to Eldora for the NASCAR truck race on the day tickets went on sale, which was in the beginning of last January. They're running practice sessions for the trucks and a 25-lap dirt late model invitational feature the day before the truck race. I thought about getting tickets for that but I probably won't show up for that. I'll most definitely be looking forward to that!
