Dan Foray not sorry for Joe Craig's loss, tells reporters that he could have passed him easily

"Seriously, Craig's team is protesting that I blocked him unnecessarily?" Foray ranted to reporters, "I'm several laps down and with a damaged car, he could have easily passed me, I tried to stay out of his way, but he decided that his best option was to pick me as a draft partner!" Foray laughed, "It's his own damn fault he lost, he made a mistake and he gets what he deserved. Look, I've had a miserable day and we're lucky my car was still running after taking that hit. Don't mess with me okay?"

Elias confirms champinship contentions

After the race, I had an interview with Ian Elias. Here were the results:

AA: Ian are you happy with the results?

IE: Yes.

AA: Do you think you can improve on your run today?

IE: Yes

AA: Will you be a championship contender this season?

IE: Yes

AA: Thank you for your time!


Nicholas Korodovos bashes PCC, announces new petion

In an unsprising announcement, Nicholas Korodovos is sending a new petition to PCC Cup Series officials. "The purest form of racing is turning both left and right. When was the last time you only turned left on the street? I think the PCC Cup Series should only run on road courses. And I won't settle till they agree." This isn't Korodovos' first petition, he has written a grand total of 21 since his rookie debut, last season. Sources have it, PCC Cup Series officials use those petions as meterial for their paper airplane fights in their coorperate office.

I'm kinda glad our day ended as early as it did. We had some sort of issue right at the start, and that sent us even more slower then we already were. I'm sorry for Robert, but the spotter said go high and I thought Robert would slid back down, but he didn't at at least it mercy-killed our car. I think we have a better car for New York though.

Joe Craig Fires Back at Dan Foray

Joe Craig finished 4th today, which is always nice, but not when a he could have won the race. Late in the race Dan Foray threw a block on him while running several laps down. While Craig was furious exiting the car, he was kind enough to give us his thoughts. "So you want my thoughts? Foray was driving as fast as a snail and he put a block on me straight up, no matter what he says. It is racing courtesy to let the faster car pass by you if you are that far behind and that **** slow. So much for gentleman racers nowadays. I know my team will give me more great cars in the future, so I know we'll get one sooner or later, but it should have been today."

(Note: I have no problem with the owner of the driver, just part of a storyline. )

Both Fazi D'Annenzo and Gavriella Apollou were livid at Preston Bell for the incident on lap 62. Apollou was the most vocal.
"Preston's gotta calm it down a notch... It's like his strategy for the championship was to wreck everyone and be the last man standing. I know we're new to the series but come on, at least give me a chance...."

Jacobs, Juveno and Bell share their thoughts

Lenny Jacobs: After the pole, we weren't really a big contender for the win The guys gave me a great car and we brought home an 8th place.

Barry Juveno: Twice today I coulda dumped da 32, but my crew chief kept yellin' at me not to, so you're lucky dat I didn't. Oh, well. Belliard or whateva the hell his name is ain't gonna be at da next race, so I can wreck the 32 if I want. Look out, you f**kin' chump. I'm still after you.

Preston: Ah'd like to apologize to everybody who got caught up in that wreck. Ah just didn't drive worth anythin' today. Apologies to Joe [Craig] and Gavriella [Apollou] in particular.
