- TMMC Post Race:
Woodard somewhat apologetic to several drivers after the race, explains his actions due to trying to 'toughen up' as a driver.
"I'll admit it, I overdrove it today. I was told to toughen up because people see me as timid, guess I blew it hard." Woodard told reporters as he got out of the #41 Phoenix Performance Lycoia. "I know this though, I didn't turn into Delgado, Delgado squeezed me as he drifted to the left. I think he was trying to shut the door but my bumper was there. As for Tenchi, I'm really sorry, but I was racing Kingston too hard and drove it in the corner too fast, I know she was aiming for a podium run and I'd be pissed too if that happened to me. Kingston? Yeah, with a driver of his experience, you'd figure he wouldn't purposefully smash others into the wall just to make themselves feel better. Then again, they don't call him the Avenger for nothing. Whatever they throw at me, I'll just take on." Woodard would later be found getting pummeled by several people, though he wouldn't say who they were or who they worked for.

- Spoiler:
- Calls for Delgado to Retire Increase After DNF on Home Track
Despite running relatively well most of the race, Tom Delgado continued to disappoint his fans as he wrecked out of the Round of New York in an incident with Greg Woodard for position. As he got out of the car, the fans nearest to the crash booed and shouted at Delgado to retire for good, whilst showing their support for Woodard.
"He was devastated. He gave each crew member a hug, said he was sorry and thanked them for giving him their best, and just walked away." An unnamed crew member said of Delgado's demeanor after his exit from the race. Delgado himself did not give an interview before leaving the track, but one unnamed source indicated that he was not angry about the incident that took him out.
Tom Delgado has not scored Master Cup points since the 2012 Round of Quebec.

Steudler and Manticore impress with Top 10 finish
After a disappointing season so far, Scott Steudler finished in 10th place in New York. He was also an oddity in the race showing very few "war marks" on his car.
"It was a crazy race today, lots of drivers getting into one another. Looked like a demolition derby, which is kinda sad considering that I know many of these guys out there do have world class talent... or at least should have world class talent. Our plan was just to run our race, stay away from others once we saw how others were racing, and just run with it from there. I'm very proud of these guys in this top 10 effort, I knew it was in them, and I would like to see this be the start of something. These guys, the whole team, really deserve it."
Asked about his broken foot, which is still healing after an accident at Australia a few weeks back.
"At Brazil, it really didn't give me many problems since it was an oval we were running on. My concern was running on a road course, especially a demanding street course like New York. After practice on Friday, it was obvious to me that the foot and the boot would be nowhere near the problem that I thought it was going to be. It's not the first time I had to deal with this, so I at least had something to go on with this."

5th Place for Taylor after incredible run, or not running into people, whichever works.
Cade Taylor's 3rd race this year for the Independent's Trophy, is likely to remember this race for a while. After all the attrition that happened during the event, the driver of the 56, had a clean looking race car at the end of the event.
Taylor : 5th place is good for us, really helps the team and our running in the IT hunt, we still have a shot, but we need another perfect race like this at BC. I'm going to remember this for a while!
