Three categories and then +15, +10, +5 and -5.

SECTION 1: Driver Style

Aggression
Consistency
Finishing
Qualifying

SECTION 2: Driver Skills By Track Type

Road Course
Short Track
Speedway
Superspeedway

SECTION 3: Car (Team Owners will do this part - I will be tweaking the base ratings of each car depending on what manufacturer it is)

Aerodynamics
Chassis
Engine
Reliability

Base Ratings for Drivers

Drivers who have finished top 5 in points in TMMC/TMLights/FARC in their career or top 10 in points in Dash Cup in 2013: 70-80
3 Race Wins in Dash Cup OR 4 top 5's in 2013 OR Drivers who have competed in TMMC/TMLights/FARC in their career(see list below): 65-75
Race Winners in Dash Cup: 60-70
Competed Last Season (5+ starts): 55-65
Rookie: 50-60

Base Ratings for Cars

TMMC/Lights/Past Champion Teams (10+ starts in TMMC or Lights): 60-70
Race Winning Teams in Dash Cup: 55-65
Other Teams/One Off Teams: 50-60

Drivers with 4 top 5's in 2013 (eligible for second tier ratings)

2014 Paint Kit

Credit to Ceej, GWoodard41, Milan655 and Cynon for the template parts and Ceej for putting together the paint kit.

You can grab it here.

The due date for all cars, ratings and paint schemes will be 28th of February. I will prefer if rated car files are given in .gns physics, but I will accept cars in any other physics (<3 car converter), and I will also accept .tga or .bmp (if you really want to) files as well.

Just over two weeks.

Some spots (including some third car spots) still need to be confirmed. I'd prefer if this came sooner rather than later

What was the name of the name/number font, and where can I get it. Don't have it on this PC.

Look for a file with "Balloon" in it.

It does come with the paint kit.
