The American Professional Racing Series is the new sanctioning body the rose from the ashes of the NDTC. The series will use a spec body (made by yours truly), and a 30 race season combining dirt and asphalt, Ovals and Road Courses, with the season wrapping up at the prestigious TryHard 500 at the Talladega Superspeedway.

- The NDTC is the dirt-track only championship of America. Formed in early 80s, was a league that revealed several big drivers in the past and in the future. In 2006, the series lost their main sponsorship and was put on a hold for several years and in 2014 it will be back.

Another thing, this series is intended to be a World of Outlaws "spoof", so teams formed by drivers with equipment given by bigger teams, may work.

NDTC FORMS AN BROADCASTING DEAL.HAVING THREE OVER CAPACITY EVENTS.
The NDTC Officials announced today that they'll have all the 13 races of the series being broadcasted by the NTN (National Television Network), this in the US. Several networks from various countries showed up interest of broadcasting the return of the series.
In other news, the series will have a "triple crown" for the one-off events. These events can have the participation from drivers from bigger series like FARC and TM Master Cup Series. These events will be called 'The NDTC Triple Crown', this three races are:
- The Martinsville Showdown, 300 laps (the race will be divided in three days with 100 laps each)
- Scottsdale Dirt Battle, 20 laps
- The Finale at Charlotte, 300 laps (the race will be divided in two nights with 150 laps each)
There'll be also a series of races that will be realocated. Coal Township will be realocated to the Port Huron Coliseum in Michigan. (OOC: Crappy Cameras). The Watkins Glen special event will be realocated to the newly constructed Scottsdale Super Enduro Racetrack, due to saftey concerns. This track in Scottsdale, Arizona has a mix between Dirt and Asphalt, making it a really exciting race. And it's being rumored that Langhorne Speedway may be in the calendar.

NDTS TO HAVE ITS FIRST RACES IN THE ASPHALT SINCE 1989. GRAND DETOUR AND BRISTOL ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE
Few minutes ago, the NDTS CEO, Tom Newman, announced that the season opener will return to the Bristol Motor Speedway rather than Martinsville Speedway. This change is due to concern about the pits, as in the past, several cars used to plunge into the pit end wall. The change makes Martinsville lose its date, again, since in 1994, the track lost its space in the calendar due to the same reason. At that time, Bristol was already the opener. Bristol will hold the 26th Opener Showdown of Bristol. There'll be also new tracks joining the calendar. The Grand Detour of Southern Illionis will join the schedule, being the first time that the series race on asphalt since 1989, when they gone for the last time to Five Flags Speedway. Albany-Saratoga, Verona and Fonda will have dates on the calendar, increasing the already big presence of the series in the northeast part of America.

OVER CAPACITY EVENTS PROCEDURE
- The cars entered in the race will be divided in two or four groups depending on the track.
- The group 1 and group 2 will realize two 20 lap shootouts. If the race has four groups, each heat will have 10 laps
- If the grid was divided in two groups, the top half of each race will be qualified for the feature. If the race was divided in four groups, the top quarter of each field will pass to the feature.
LENGTH OF EACH FEATURE:

I'll be capping the full-time field to 23 cars, to fit in all track that I wish to do the races. Now there's only 5 spots remaining for the full-time season.

I have to set back the deadline for ratings from May 20th to May 7th. Sorry, I ish to gather the rest of the full-time cars, and have the ratings a few weeks from now, to run the Ocala Race.

NDTC Nationals cancelled. Season starts in Bristol.
A hurricane that hitted Ocala,FL will force the NDTC to move their first race to Bristol. The hurricane just destroyed the Ocala Speedway surroudings and the track itself, and it's not know when the Nationals will happen, if they actually happen.............
(OOC: I just noticied that in Ocala or we have crashfest or we have only one car finishing on the lead lap, so no NDTC Nationals)

It was announced a few hours before the season opening race at Bristol that the NDTC will have an exhibition race at Venray Speedway at Netherlands. The race will be 50 laps long, and 20 drivers will be in this race, being them the top 10 in the championship and 10 local drivers.
"This is an interesting move for our series, we know that there aren't too much dirt trcks around the world, but if needed to we'll go there, Venray is a great opportunity to this series and I do expect that this race becomes a famous event and have some really good drivers joining the race" - declared Tom Johnson, CEO of the NDTC.
Qualifying will be by random draws for the rest of the season
To avoid having only one driver dominating the series, the NDTC officials decided to every weekend, having a random draw to set up the grid on the NDTC races.
"This measure is to have a really good form of raciing, by not having only one driver dominating the whole season, getting the pole position and leading all laps of an race. This is also to set back the dominating behavuior of the bigger teams, making the races more equalized between everybody" - said the NDTC race director, Jake Thompson

I would warn against using Venray, the cameras are not great which is why I ended up removing it from the ELMC schedule.

Domination for Bradley Carlisle sets off "disgraceful" call by officials
After a dominating performance by 2013 ARLA Street Stock champion Bradley Carlisle, the NDTC officials were prompted to randomise the grid for each race for the rest of the season in an attempt to bring diversity as far as race winners went. This meant that the win for Carlisle turned out to be bittersweet.
Bradley Carlisle did not speak to the press as such, instead went to twitter, blasting the officials saying they were "pretty much undermining the work of our team" and claimed that they did this just because they did not want the team to win again.
Team owner Henry Sylvester was much more harsh towards the officials, and did speak to the press.
"It's a disgraceful call by the NDTC officials" said Sylvester, "We worked our asses off to get a car that fast with a driver that good in it, just for the officials to make a dogshit call, and throw all of our work out of the window. If you don't want us to 'win every week' then just kick the team out. They don't realise how much this can effect championships if a team can't get by without being fast."
"It's just a lottery now. No need to build any good equipment because the officials will just fuck you over in some way. It's bullshit."
The next race will be at the North Carolina County Fair, where, despite probably not being able to start near the front, Carlisle is looking to go two for two for the team he also drives in the ARLA Trucks on a part-time basis for.

After the recent protest from Desert Sart Autosport, a few other teams protested the recent random starting lineup measure.
"They're trying to screw our team, just because there's a few good teams, they're unhappy about that......It's BULLSHIT!" - said Elton Nelson, owner/driver of EN Sport, a team that sweeped 18 of last year's 20 races, most of them from the first two rows.
"I know why this measure is happening, but I don't see why they didn't made this in the middle of the last season, when it would be realy useful......." - declared Fumiaki Kouyama, co-owner of Kouyama Racing, another of the big teams in the series.
"This is just a shit! They want us to work our asses out, trying to overtake slower cars that have nothing on us!" - said Brent McGuire, owner of EuroSportive.
"Random draws will happen at Raleigh. If it doesn't work, we'll try to work out a new system, okay!" - said the Race Director Jake Thompson.
"I didn't gave him permission to change the system of the races and qualifying, if it works well, good for him, but if we have any problem in the race, we'll return to the regular system, and we'll get a new race director. With this measure, Thompson's job is now under risk......" - said the NDTC CEO Tom Johnson, that was a former NDTC driver and car owner that was chosen by the former CEO, Kevin Wilkinson (1955 - 2008), to take his place.

Safety concerns in Williams Grove, race will happen though
There's some concerns about the turns 3 and 4 retaining wall as in the opening practice a few cars rear-ended that wall and gone flipping or even flying out of the track, but without any harm to spectators, is expected that the cars have their safety improved for this race, with the instalation of seven more bars in the roof, and driver's side of the cars.This measure will prevent any injuries that could happen.

Two drivers injured at opening practice for the Autopanorama 100. Massive boycott to take place
After two massive wrecks that took place on the opening practice for the Autopanorama 100 at Williams Grove, PA. The first wreck happened when Ian Matusëj, driving the #43 EuroSportive Racing Team car, ran wide on turn 3, rear-ended the wall and because of that he barrel-rolled down turn 4. That caused a 75-minute red flag. Matusëj was airlifted immediately for the LifeCare Hospitals of Mechanicsburg, his injuries will sideline him for the rest of the season, as he broke his left leg, had an concussion, broke his sternum and collarbone.
The second wreck happened when Ikuko Matsuda, defending champion of the NDTC, got sideways, spun around, hit the turn 3 wall at full speed, and flew over the retaining wall. She was also airlifted to the LifeCare Hospitals of Mechanicsburg, and her injuries will sideline her until the Desert Clash, in June 28. Ikuko broke her right leg, left wrist and had a concussion.
Because of these two incidents, Kouyama Racing, EuroSportive Racing Team, Sokolov Racing Sport, Fortin Motorsports, EN Sport and Macena Motorsports are confirmed to boycott the race.

After making some clutch passes, Tammi took her first victory of the season. "It was a dream that I never thought would happen this early, and I obviously earned it." She had made several key passes including the race winner on lap 45, one of the key passes happened when went to the bottom in a four-wide situation midway through the race. "When I was in that situation, I just told myself not to lose the car, and if I did, I would've pissed off many drivers." Tammi led 13 laps including the last 4 laps to take the win.
Meanwhile, her sister, Rai, finished 7th. "Good for Tammi that she won, my car was never really there."

Jack Jackson 3rd and highest finisher of Too Close To Name Motorsport in race 2, as both Carl Carlton and Pete Peterson both finish top 5 in race 3 as Jackson falls to the way side after getting swept up in an accident
