Cromwell Cup Series

this is sort of an ARCA/IROC fusion. Any North American chasis (used in canon) from 2007-2011 can be used. Cromwell provides spec. parts (hence the name), so car ratings will be the same. Except, for every year older the car is, 3 min and max will be taken off the power and aerodynamics ratings, 1 off chasis. However, 2 will be added to reliability. 2011 models will be set at 80-85 for every car rating.
