And Dale Jr gets penalty, too fast exiting pit road.
Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Everyone on the "Fans of Dale Earnhardt, Jr." Facebook page are saying that NASCAR is out to get him.

Having Kyle Busch with him might help a little bit though.

Kurt Busch's wreck pretty much sums up his season with James Finch. It's going to be painful seeing Kurt race the Furniture Row car.
Speaking of the subject, what the hell just happened?

Oh yes, Dale Jr has been saved by the caution, but so has Kyle Busch.
Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Does anyone think this race has been very thrilling so far?
Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Nerve-racking maybe, but not particularly thrilling. Typical pack race is typical

THIS RACE.
Big one coming, keep in mind that Waltrip's in the top 10.
THEY ARE NOT MAKING IT TO THE WHITE FLAG!

My disappointment in Michael Waltrip is reaffirmed
EDIT: Check that, he was pushed in and couldn't back off if he tried.

I have to say that I knew it was gonna happen, too much 4-wide racing led to it.

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Good job Waltrip and Smoke, both of you just wrecked the whole field.

Looks like Jeff Gordon was in 15th and Kyle Busch in 18th when Tony spun. They finished 2nd and 3rd :/

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
In Waltrip's defense, he had a lot of momentum, while Tony didn't. Stewart cutting down on Waltrip was what really started this mess. Tbh, I forgot Michael Waltrip was in this race.
Yeah. Just like every plate race. Ride around for most of the race, get yourself set up for a run to win, go crazy, and hope you don't wreck and win the race. I didn't like how Kenseth shoved Bowyer out of the way for the win, but then again, it's Talladega. Glad to see Jeff Gordon finishing 2nd for a 2nd week in a row. Racing in general was pretty good (with a lot of amazing saves) and we all know how insane the finish was. I like how things are looking up for Jeff at the moment.

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Looking at the replay i can't say that was entirely Waltrip's fault. He had Mears on his back bumper and Tony pulled down on him.

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
My overall predictions on the aftermath of this race:
so much thrilling action, 3-wide and 4-wide racing and yes the Big One happens right at the end. Overall this was one of the best races of the season.

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Forth was David Ragan who was heavily damaged as he limped across the line. So three cars made it through the accident. Three.

Was it good because of the 3 and 4 wide or was it the huge wreck that you have been clamoring for?

Re: Good Sam Roadside Assistance 500 - Sprint Cup
Fat Tony and Michael Failtrip certainly gave NASCAR a highlight reel they'll enjoy for decades. Good job boys.
Ah well, can't say I'm disappointed. Kenseth won and Kez has a decent lead in points.

I'm a Stewart fan...that wreck wasn't Waltrip's fault. Tony came down on Micheal.

I think both tbh. Nonetheless, this will be a finish to remember for a very long time.
