TanyaCarterSTS: @ThomasDietrichDEU The series is growing. Two new series, and they weren't dumb enough to completely ship off the old cars. In fact, they're still pretty useful with the Oval Stocks.

TanyaCarterSTS: @JeffWilkensFARC It's kind of like how you have to work your way through the ranks. Dash Cup, as a series, worked hard to get a proper touring car series going, and they found a somewhat smooth transition.

ThomasDietrichDEU: @TanyaCarterSTS I'm not privy to other teams' finances but they seem to be going in with a lot more money behind them then we did. Equest has been supportive but not at the level we needed

ThomasDietrichDEU: @TanyaCarterSTS The greatest concern for us the entire time was engines. We just don't have the resources yet to build our own and suppliers either didn't want to take a chance or simply charged too much.

ThomasDietrichDEU: @TanyaCarterSTS I've been having conversations with Omecha and other engine builders and they've been much more encouraging.

ThomasDietrichDEU: @TanyaCarterSTS We looked into moving to Oval Stocks but we decided that running just ovals wouldn't be very beneficial to long time development. Peter and I both came from touring cars and felt we accomplished all we wanted to with those cars. We're keeping the part time car because I'm not sure what Kosta will do next year and I owe it to him.

ThomasDietrichDEU: Dash Cup is not a bad model for those who can make it work. It just wasn't right for us and we're ready to move on.

When we've first met in Carbondale, shortly after the race, i congratulated him for finishing in 3rd by a handshake. Then we started having a small conversation with each other (In Spanish).
