2014 NFL Season

The first week of preseason has already been completed as the 2014 season will go underway in about 1 month.

BTW, GO PATS!!!!

Hoyer or that rookie I have never heard of, will win 8 games for the Browns. If that happens, it is our equivalent of the Super Bowl!

Well, I was hoping that this would be the season that the Panthers could make a run for the Super Bowl, but their general manager certainly didn't help that idea.

Some pretty dramatic finishes to week 1 games and upsets. Like Patriots losing opening game for the first time since 2003 to the Dolphins 33-20, after being ahead 20-10 at the half.

AFC

Baltimore vs. New England
Indianapolis vs. Denver

Baltimore and Indy won the wild card round.

NFC
------------
Carolina vs. Seattle
Dallas vs. Green Bay

Carolina, who is an under 500 team, and Dallas, who I didn't have any expectations this season, won their wild card games.

Any guesses on the Super Bowl champion?

Would like to see Pats vs Seahawks, but the Pats have their hands full with Baltimore right now.

Honestly, I would like to see Dallas in the Superbowl with Indianapolis. But I highly doubt that, that will happen!

Pats survive this, home field vs Ind/Den = Done. Pats vs Packers for mine.

Green Bay wins a great game (controversial at that). Fun to watch. Mark my words, that rule will be looked at after the year. Denver VS Indianapolis NEXT!

Almost karma for Dallas though. And I can't wait for the NFL title game, that's going to be good.

Well.... Technically, Karma was on the Lions for what Suh did to Rodgers when he stepped on his leg

The fact that Suh got his suspension lifted was a joke. It wasn't intentional, but karma did really came down hard on the Lions.

The Championship games are set for next Sunday. Winners will go to Super Bowl 49.

Sad for Packers fans.... Believe me I had that same heartbreak in 06 when Montreal was 1 point shy of making the playoffs against Toronto, leading 5-3 in the third, Leafs scored 3 goals to end the Habs's playoffs chances, luckily Toronto who took over 8th, lost their spot via a NY Islanders win VS New Jersey in a shootout.

Everyone should remember that catch. EVERYONE

I don't know what was worse about that final drive by the Seahawks. The call to throw on 2nd and 1 when you have Marshawn freaking Lynch, or the atrocious execution of said throw by Wilson. I could have made a throw that bad. Seahawks beat themselves.
