Notes
- Caterham and Force India brought a third car, while Lotus (Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldanado) didn't attend the test.
- Mercedes engines seemed to be the ones to beat with nine of the first eleven cars having Mercedes power (Williams now uses Mercedes engines)
- Red Bull had a disaster of a test, they were surprsingingly slow and suffered from overheating problems all day.
- Frijns and Chilton didn't set a time.
