Porteau out at Mitchell & Sons effective immediately
2010 ARLA Elite Series champion Bobby Porteau will not drive the #74 for Mitchell & Sons in the remaining three race meets of the 2013 season, this reporter learned in the aftermath of the Atlant-X Showdown.
The decision to take Porteau out of the car was allegedly mutual after a long season of crashes, mechanical failures, and overall frustration. Neither Porteau nor Mitchell & Sons representatives have offered comment on the news. Porteau has had a sring of controversial incidents in the past few weeks, starting with his involvement in teammate Cyrus LaTerza's accident in the Goodwin's Super Mart 200, which led to Tanner Clason moving into a tie with LaTerza in the Tornado Alley Trophy standings. Porteau was then involved in several incidents at Oxford Plains, leaving the track immediately after going out of the race.
Cyrus LaTerza will drive the #74 at Bowman-Gray and Decatur, then move back into the #75 at Rockford to chase the Tornado Alley Trophy. It is not certain if Porteau will finish the season before moving to a team ownership role in 2014.

He was pronouncing it differently, doesn't mean it's spelled any differently.

But the spelling has changed to Daihogwoodard41 wrote:He was pronouncing it differently, doesn't mean it's spelled any differently.
It's been changed because it turned out Dejao wasn't a real name in Japanese.

Maybe we should start calling him "Kid Chameleon", because it seems like his name changes every week.Ben Atkins wrote:But the spelling has changed to Daihogwoodard41 wrote:He was pronouncing it differently, doesn't mean it's spelled any differently.

- Spoiler:
Lora Ocean, absolutely furious with Bobby Porteau at Oxford Plains
"Real classy act their by a dumb ****head. Why in the hell would you bump somebody on the lead lap if your nowhere close to the leaders. This track was slippery as it was and the last thing you need is a smug nutcase ramming you to run your day. I do want to say sorry to Ryan Griffin cause once Bobby smacked the **** out of my car one time too many, I couldn't control it and we both ended up paying the price for it, but it wouldn't have happened if I just had a better grip on the car. Anyway, that's all I'm going to say."
Lora Ocean finds out Bobby Porteau is getting the boot from his ride
"HAHAHA! You stupid dumb***! I knew your antics weren't going to keep you in a ride for much longer! Good luck as a team owner, cause I'm sure you will run a team directly into the ground."
