John Fitch has died at the age of 95. Honestly haven't heard of him but some of you must have.

Re: Racing Legend John Fitch dies
I've heard of him. He raced in sportscars in the 1950s; the man was a legend. He was a big contender at Le Mans in 1955 when he handed his car to Pierre Leveagh who flipped into the stands. Fitch won Sebring a few years later.
RIP he will me missed.

I know this guy. He once invented the 'Fitch Inertial Safety Barrier' which has saved thousands of motorists lives.
