Dallas fan here. They played well last night but mother of god with the penalties. They gave up about 90 yards because of them!

I just hope they make the playoffs. SO CLOSE last year, yet so far away.

I'm so happy that I can finally watch the Dolphins limp through a season with Joey Logano levels of suckage.

So how about those replacement refs, and the Pats-Ravens game that was just played?

As a Ravens fan, a few things
1. I'm glad we got rid of Cundiff, because that game was lost with him kicking.
2. It's nice having some bad calls in my team's favor for once. Especially against Tom "Breathe Too Close to Me and I'll Cry for a Flag" Brady and the Patriots.
3. This game won't change the NFL's stance, but EVERYONE and their mother will be crying about it because of Tommy Boy

If Jennings had just knocked it down instead of trying to catch it, this debacle is avoided. Still, he picked the pass off.

NFL just issued a statement supporting the call on the field of touchdown Seattle.
The reject refs = SHAM.
That is all.

I shared that on Facebook, with the caption:
"Upon further review, it was decided that contrary to popular belief, the Bears are not who they thought they were, and they were not let off the hook.
Thus, we shall not crown their asses."

Re: 2012 NFL Season
As a Seahawks fan, I thought that it was their first break since joining the league in 1976!
Yes the officiating was atrocious on the last few plays, but it was also the horrendous officiating that gave the Packers the lead in the first place.
I thought that the Seahawks really outplayed Green Bay in every facet of the game and deserved to win it. There were no yards after the catch for the Packers-- those receivers went down where they caught it! It would have been just as wrong to have let Green Bay have the win based on all the @#*! calls against Seattle that proceeded the final drive.
As Steve Young said, "Rogers was mauled like he hadn't seen in years-- with just 4 guys!" or something similar.
I'm going to go see my beloved Seahawks this Sunday when the face the Rams in St. Louis! Sittin' right behind their beach!
Yeah Yuh!
Plus, love those new uniforms!

Re: 2012 NFL Season
^Nice. I'm hearing that Metlife stadium will most likely have a half empty stadium during the Giants-Steelers game, which doesn't surprise me at all. Also, the Steelers flew in today because they didn't really have a hotel to stay at thanks to the hurricane. Watching the game today is just going to be really...strange.

Has anyone here heard about the Madden Curse....
Calvin Johnson just proved that he's invulnerable to it
Broke Jerry Rice's Most Yards by a WR in a season
