I've had the same problem. There's a number of potential fixes, make sure your drivers are updates and disable DEP among them. I've never actually fixed it myself but I know of people that have.

Open the command line: “Start” -> enter “cmd.exe” into search field and hit enter.

Simply run the following command to disable it:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOff
You can enable it again with:

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn

Attention!

If you run this command and you are not able to start Windows, then run Windows in safemode and enable it again, using the command above. Start Windows in safemode by pressing F8 during bootup.

This works for some people I've been told, but not me.

http://www.rubbins-racin.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=56959 This suggests some things involving drivers. If this doesn't work I have no other potential solution.

Have you tried running it as an administrator? If not try doing that.

That reminds me, try compatibility mode. Again, didn't work for me, but worth a shot.

Blue thunder fan, I would highly recommend you PM people that instead of flat out giving away a cd-key. I think it's against the rules along the lines of illegal downloads/torrenting software.

Try opening it in Program Files or whatever the equivalent is in W7?

I think you need to open the file that says nr2003c or something like that.

Have you patched it? Are you using a no cd that is built for your patch?

Ah, sorry. I read something on the NTG forums about opening it on W7, was trying to remember it.
