Russian businessman and RUS Autosport team boss Vitaly Tsolikov is reportedly prepared to pay the ARLA sanctioning body and teams a large amount of money to hold an Elite Series race in Russia next season.

Tsolikov is likely motivated by the presence of the Japanese races on this year's schedule, which were made possible by Japanese investors paying teams to show up to these races.

It is not certain where in Russia the race will be held, but Tsolikov supposedly has connections with the Vnukovo International Airport, which has hosted TM Master Cup races twice.

IMO, I think the Series should visit the Airport track next year as probably a support race for the TM Master Cup Series.

you know another track in europe somebody needs to go on? Nurburging. Has anybody made the nr03 version for that cause someone outta get on that

Yes, a NR2003 version HAS been made, and NO, sending a series there will result in many drivers dieing from the course. It's a very bad track, even so bad that many online players can't finish one lap without dieing.

Having watch many a driver die on the Nurburgring, I wouldn't say that it's a bad track, just that there are 2 trouble spots:

1.) With standard grip, a one of the esses after the Karussel. Cars go in too fast, slide into the right barrier and across the track or they enter the next turn too aggressively, slide up the grass, hit the armco barrier, and flip down the hill onto the track where they'll get pounded by all the other cars, and

2.) With OWR grip, most will lock up going too fast into the Karussell and pile up in the fence, and those who manage to survive will flip in the spot mentioned in #1.

very true. plus now that i think about it ARLA cars would never be able to work there, the late model squarish look seems a little too bulky for the tightest of the corners
