Indycar: what happened to Lotus? Empty Indycar: what happened to Lotus?

i started to watch Indycar a month or two ago. i nocticed that after the Indy 500, many Lotus drivers
(like Sebastian Bourdias) dissapeared. did something happen to Lotus?

Many teams switched to Chevrolet or Honda because the Lotus was underpowered. Only Simona de Silvestro still runs Lotus. They supposedly have an update coming that will make them more competitive.
