Odd to see it called The Nashville Network, yet run by a company in East Tennessee (look at the phone number at the end of the video: 423 area code; this includes Bristol, but doesn't include Knoxville, who is in the 865 area code).

As far as racing returning, I don't know. They're planning on re-launching TNN as a digital broadcast network, meaning a low power station. If they do get racing, it won't be anything like NASCAR.

Probably not for at least a few years. The current TV deal is signed for 10 years, which goes until the end of the 2016 season.
