Hmmmm... What's to rage about? Seems to me Peugeot just dosen't want to spend the money for the prototype effort anymore. That's understandable; that's a hell of a lot of burden on the company financialwise. Testing, design, employees, it's a multi-million dollar if not billion dollar effort.

Audi's chances of winning Le Mans this year and the years after that has gone up by 50%. In other words, no one is going to even come close to Audi. How absurd.

Remember, money means more than trying to build a massively expensive prototype car, so don't give them crap for not building the damn thing. BTW good win Audi.

Audi won't be winning for much longer after this, because on the side of the petrol teams is a new big manufacturer; Toyota.

I can't exactly agree with you on this one. 1) They're a new team. 2) Considering how bad they did in F1, it's hard to say that they'll be competitive against the Audis.

Well, I have seen the spy shots of the car and the car is basically the Peugot with a new motor. So maybe they have a chance.

Just let the Audi's race as a class of their own. Problem solved, I'll collect my paycheck now plz.

Don't forget that Porsche joins the LMP1 fight in 2014.

Do you not remember 1998 and 1999? They didn't win but for a team that was in it for only 2 years, they sure did have the speed to do it, Just not reliability or luck (Like Peugeot did in its first two years returning). Also, there's likely a good chance that Toyota's pull out of F1 likely was for this and for all we know, they have been watching the entire time and studying the competition.
