Jasper Rally Short Day+Night

Jasper Rally is a track located in Jasper Alberta in Canada and uses material from a grand prix legends track of the same name. It is also race worthy for the first time as a circuit.

This is a Charlie Edition in development and I said previously, I was going to do a night version with fake day and HDRI (skybox horizon) as well, however I ran into a bit of technical difficulty, but I will release that version soon.

Features

-Custom 5.173 mile track

-46 AI Opponents - supports 47 cars. (See Interdimensional Rift track on stunod for info on how to use it)  

-Sawmill trees in snow for the first time

-Brilliant Setup (default Watkins Glen+PWF 1967 Silverstone for 6 gears)

-Also Works on GTP Mod

-Like original, snow as gravel (stick on the road)

-Like original, tire walls round most corners (tricky)

-Original textures from GPL track

-Road Widened by 2.5 meters to allow better racing, and the rest of the track scaled up as a result; long track may be more than 12.4miles! (Coming Soon)

-Billboards

-XL GPL type Horizon

-Crashable Billboards (As wire fences)

-Corners banked by 4 degrees  

-Night Edition with attempt at headlights (Using Night Mip Explorer)

Coming Soon/To Do

-HDRI Track + Fake Day (I know I said I was going to do this in my 3D Horizon tutorial but ran into technical difficulties, I'm going attempt to light the track with invisible lights to look like day ("fake day")

-Christmas edition

-LP line improvements if needed. (Tell me if there o.k.)

-The 12.4-mile original track as a circuit

-More Retextured billboards

-Full snow edition - slippery snow textured as paint (separate edition from these tracks)

-Animated snow- (missing from original Jasper)

-The rejoining of the long track on the short track (does not matter too much as you are facing away from it)

-Space out field more in the pits

-Dimmen the horizon for night track (I had one ready but did not check GIMP compatibility modes on export, so Win Mip2 would not take it properly)
-Unnecessary files removed from the DAT files that are not needed using Datter05

Bugs

-The accelerator on my wheel is broken and sometimes only works ¾  strength, so LP lines were done that way, having said that, it is working the best it has ever done so far and does not seem to have any effect on racing. However, it slows down a tiny bit at the s/f line but it is minimal.

-Some small objects are slightly raised (only the bollards/markers) sandbox glitch.

-Temporary disappearing AI on one corner when toughing the "gravel"

-Slight issue with spotter not mentioning pit entry speed

I think there's an issue with full pace lap starts.

The cars disappearing could be caused by the track surface being defined as "undefined".

There’s no full pace lap because I haven’t done it yet. Thanks for the cars disappearing note. I thought it was a glitch due to my corner cutting which I (may) will leave out in future.
