Top-40 in practice speeds will advance to the main.

This race will occur the same day as Chicago, so teams competing in that race will pretty much be barred from entering.  If you need to have cars painted up, let me know.  Number conflicts with cars racing in the Mansfield race are okay.

The European Exhibition races will tie into their own championship, kind of like a PCC Europe of sorts.

All teams entering this race will receive a free pass into the Vnukovo Airport race.

Qualifying was split into two rounds.  The first round, containing all cars, was 20 minutes in length.  The second round, containing the top twenty drivers from the first round, lasted 10 minutes.  In the first round, Salvatore Torregrossa in the #43 AGIP Tutino blew a motor on his installation lap at the start of the session.  The team rushed to install a backup motor, and aided with a 1-hour red flag for rain, were able to get the car ready for the remainder of the session.  Torregrossa ran the fourth-fastest lap of the session on his backup motor, but with a little over a minute left in the first round the backup motor let go.  With no motors left, Torregrossa was forced to withdraw.
