Rosinki caught up in Jankovic's Flip; Dissapointed

Carla Rosinki had a top 5 run going, maybe even a possible win, until she was caught up in the crash. She was bound to be upset to begin with, but it upset her even more due to the fact her team-mate started the whole crash. Rosinki had this to say about Miller.

"I really think Daniel [Miller] is a great driver, but he needs to be more careful in these superspeedway races. He was driving quite erraticly, and he taken all of the Atlantic cars out of contention for a place in the top 5! It was even a miracle Ben Tremblay even got a top 10. I hope when it comes to the road courses, he shows his talent, and picks up some good results, but right now, he's not in my good books."

Well, we're gonna have 6 cars pulled out. You guys seriously had long enough to get cars in, and 30 cars were in out of 36. Still, we're gonna cap the field at 31 next year (for race where 31 cars show up, which is two races!), and have a one off driver for every race by everyone who's signed up for the league, and got in. This is going to be a completely new driver each week.

Decide which race you want for your drivers and PM them to me. Red = Taken, Green = Available

LE MANS REPLACED BY AUSTRALIAN TRACK

Due to a lack of funding for the French race at Le Mans, and a lack of interest in the race by both race teams and fans, the Le Mans race has been cancelled, but replaced by a track no-one expected - Surfer's Paradise. The Gold Coast 250km race will be one of the longest races in the schedule, testing the drivers endurance skills. The two year deal will make also make Surfer's Paradise the first race on the 2013 schedule, however, it will stay ninth on the schedule for the 2012 season.

Disagreement between driver and owners could already see a driver out of their ride?

Ben Atkins and part time driver Verity Logan apparently see Logan out of her part time ride in 2012. This is after Eurospeedway, where Atkins shown his displeasure, saying Logan was going to be a "moving repair bill" after she crashed in practice and then crashed in the race. Logan overheard said statement, and threatened to leave the team. Atkins explained that he was showing his displeasure because he was pressured about what the sponsor "Vodafone" was going to think of this, since it is their first year sponsoring every single car on the Atlantic Motorsports team, and he did not mean what he said.

New driver signed for 2013 season

Ben Atkins has signed newcomer Harriet Wallace for the 2013 season. She will take over the #30 Team Atlantic car, running full time, while Miller could be left searching for a ride. "We decided to sign her early, since we're worried that if we didn't, it would be too late to get her to join. She's a great talent, and will be fundamental to the teams success" was what Ben Atkins said on the matter. Harriet Wallace is set to attempt the Spa GP, where she will be put in the #31 car instead of Verity Logan, who will not get to attempt Spa with Atlantic Motorsports.

Grant Macintosh's replacement announced

Random Classic Motorsports announced today that Alex Bennigan of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada will replace Grant Macintosh, who was suspended after the chaotic opener at EuroSpeedway Lausitz, in car #79 until his suspension is lifted.

Officials Decide on No Penalty for Kroft

Many people expected Kroft to be sitting out of the next race, but the officials have decided that this was merely an accident of lap 1 carnage. "It had to happen at one point. Lap 1 is always a crazy one, so we're not going to give any penalties out for this one. We're going to warn Aboagye though, since he was consistently failing to brake for turn 1." was the statement released. Officials are also advising Suzuka to not make the 9x sit out of the Rockingham GP, since, for one, it is a totally different track, and two, they don't feel it is necessary.
