Yet more good news in Nascar
From jayski:
#18-Kyle Busch is unlikely to compete in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in 2012, at the request of Joe Gibbs Racing and their Sprint Cup Series sponsor, M&Ms. Kyle Busch Motorsports General Manager Rick Ren confirmed today that there is "a high probability" that Busch will withdraw from the 2012 Truck Series. "That topic is being discussed almost constantly around here right now," he said, adding, "It is not necessarily something that Kyle chose. If he doesn't run Trucks this year, it will be at the request (of JGR). Not by demand, but by request. Things change on an hour-by-hour basis, but if I had to answer you right now, I'd say he will probably not race in the Truck Series next year. There is a possibility of him running no Nationwide races under certain circumstances, as well. There are a lot of things being discussed right now, which makes it pretty tough on me. I've been trying to figure out whether Kyle's going to be available to run our Trucks and Nationwide cars, then determine whether the individual sponsors will stay around without him behind the wheel. I believe Kyle will drive a KBM Nationwide Series Toyota in a certain number of races next year," said Ren. "I can't swear to it, but that's what it look like today

YES! YES! A MILLION TIMES YES!!!
Maybe now Kyle can devote full focus on the Cup Series... I bet you anything if that had been his sole focus the past 5 or so years, he would of had at least one title by now

Now if Kevin, Brad and Carl would piss off from the Nationwide Series, life would be perfect.

I dont understand how most people cry about Busch being in the Trucks and Nationwide series when Brad,Kevin,Carl,Dale Jr, hell even Tony Strewart at Daytona almost every year and win run the lower series and they are perfectly fine with it. smh shows how much people just love to hate Rowdy

Re: Yet more good news in Nascar
Good. Hope he stays out. I can understand how someone like Mark Martin or Dale Jarrett would go in and give those guys a bit of competition but having an ass like Kyle go in there expecting to dominate every race and then bitch when he dosent is uncalled for. Hell and the only reason that Carl and Kevin run now is simply for the money. Back in the day Earnhardt and the cup guys did it just to give the young guns some competition like I said and even Mark didn't take it so seriously. He just happened to win some sixty times but at least he didn't see each race as a chance to pull off an asswhipping (check out his interviews back in the day and you'll see what I mean, very humble about everything). Also, they didn't run every damn race in the schedule. Those guys only ran where the Busch series accomponied the Cup series. They didn't go and fly to each and every damn race because again, they didn't want to be involved in the points battle. When some of the local tracks were axed, Martin Burton and Labonte cut back their schedules not to conflict with the points battle. Today, Edwards, Harvick, Busch and Bowyer will try to enter every damn race they can in pursuit of the championship. Even though Buschwhacking back in the day was frowned upon as well, it was definitly not to the extent that it has gotten to in recent years. Now I can understand younger drivers like Logano and Keslowski doing it for a season or two but when you're a seasoned vet there is no reason to contend for the title. Use Iracing you bums.

In the case of some drivers, they only race a few races (like Stewart, Jr), and I have never objected a Cup driver running a few Nationwide races.
In the case of Cuppies winning races at Daytona, of the 30 300 milers, only 6 times a Busch/Nationwide regular won (when Chad Little, Steve Grissom, and Randy Lajoie, most with some kind of big time expeirence, took 6 of 7 from 1995 to 2001, Matt Kenesth only breaking the streak in 2000), and of the 10 250 mile races, only 2 regulars won (Mike Wallace and Martin Truex Jr in 04 and 05).
Pretty much, unless you got plenty of stock car expeirence, its a rarity that some rookie or inexpeirenced driver is going to visit victory lane in a Nationwide race at those restrictor plate tracks

Hmmm, funny how I keep remembering this:
"He can't stand being number 2"
Whatever, just means one douchebag replacing another douchebag so quite frankly I still hate that 18 and will still hope it falls the hell apart whenever its in the race unless someone else is driving it.
