- Spoiler:
Taylor Congratulates Fox; Expresses Concern for Pisani
Cameron Taylor, driver of the #149 car in the VERC strolled into Victory Lane at the Eurospeedway and immediately spoke to Elmer Fox saying "Great job man! Your incredible" among other things. He spoke to German TV with a translator, as Taylor, although speaking a little German, doesn't know enough to do an interview. He said:
"Elmer [Fox] deserves this. He's a legend, and it's incredible that a man of his age can race with the best. He's a great guy to, and a great mentor to everybody on the VSCC circuit, especially his teammates. He really was, in my opinion, a great force behind Ricky [Flush]'s title." He also commented on the first caution.
"That was scary. I hope somebody said a prayer for Nick [Pisani], because he took a huge hit."

Results and Points added.
Reed Pleased with Top-5
Eric Reed was very pleased with a top-5 finish in his return to the top level of VSCC competition. Reed had a horrendous 2010 season, in which he only made a few races.
"It was much better than I expected," Reed said. "I'm really happy with how the car handled and 5th place is just awesome."
Reed later added, "We're looking to keep this momentum going through next week, but as an organization, our main goal is to form a Reed Racing stronghold in the higher-tier with Tim [Reed], Mike [Falls], and I getting all of our full-time teams in the higher-tier as soon as possible."

More Jr. pleased with run despite finishing 23rd
Michael More Jr. had one of his better runs of the year early on at Eurospeedway. However, pit issues and a late gamble to stay out left the #156 car dropping like a rock and finishing 23rd.
After the race though, Michael had a smile on his face as he talked to a couple of reporters.
"The car was great early on and I really feel like we had a top 10 easy. But, I think the guys had a problem with the air gun that slowed our one stop down and that put us in the back. From there on, the car was a hand full. So, we tried to gain some of it back by not stopping, but the tires just went away and we just could get back where we wanted."
More Jr. is currently 25th in points in his rookie year despite missing the first event at Daytona.
