Help with Sandbox - Failed to load track because of Flagger 3dos

I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I am trying to edit the Illinois State Fair dirt track, and turning it into asphalt. However, every time I load the ptf into sandbox it says:
Could not load track from disk.
Certain objects and/or mips did not load.
Click OK to see a log containing the failures.
I press OK, and all I see is these 3dos:
flagger_pit_0.3do
flagger_pit_1.3do
flagger_sf_l.3do
flagger_sf_r.3do
flagger_stopgo_0.3do
flagger_stopgo_1.3do
I moved the mip files I needed from the shared folder, and it didn't work. I copied the mips to a trackmat folder I created. That also didn't work.

Assuming you have the track folder in < NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\tracks\ > folder...
so Sandbox can access the < NASCAR Racing 2003 Season\tracks\shared > folder...

It loaded for me with the addition of these 4 mips into the track folder.
flag_checkered.mip
flag_red.mip
series_flagger.mip
stopgo.mip
