"Could Not Load the Track" Empty "Could Not Load the Track"

some track give me this message: "could not load the track. cancelling the weekend." Ragepuke how to fix, plz?
both version of Spa give me this...

you need an 'arcade.cup.pcd' file to make it work in both modes. you can copy another version of it from another track that you have that has that and paste it into the Spa folder. It should work then.

ok, i just had another "WTF?" moment. i looked for a arcade.cup.pcd, but none had it. instead there was a arcade.cup.ACD. and the track loaded.
Shocked it wasn't working earlier... WTF?
