2019 FARC season TMPedia page: Here. If your entries are already on this page, you don't need to use this thread unless you want to make changes.

2019 FARC Painting Kit: Here. Includes templates for all 3 series and the contingency/associate sheet.
-The Lowe Dollar Series uses the Muscle Car Late Model mod, with templates for all 4 meshes.
-The Super Series uses the Late Model Project V2 mod, and the template fits on the Chevy mesh.
-The Truck Series uses the Project Wildfire CTS mod, and the template fits on the Ford mesh.

2019 FARC Ratings Package:

In NASCAR Racing 2003 Season, each AI car has a set of ratings that determines how competitive it is in certain categories. Like most offline leagues, FARC has rules about these ratings.

Each driver and team will start with a set of base ratings, which are shown below. Most entries will receive the default base ratings, but you may ask for your driver/team to be backmarkers, and certain entries will start with the stronger base ratings if I so choose.

Driver owners may submit a set of +3, +6, +9, +12, and +15 points to be applied to the MIN within the 8 fields of the DRIVER category (so 3 of the 8 fields won't have these ratings). Drivers will carry the same ratings across all three series.

Likewise, Team owners may submit a set of +3, +6, +9, and +12 points to be applied to the MIN within the TEAM category. All cars on the same team within a single series will use the same ratings.

The MAX rating for both Drivers and Teams will be determined by performance over the past two seasons (since the beginning of 2017). Each accomplishment listed below will remain until the next accomplishment is reached. Drivers will carry these performance bonuses across all 3 FARC series, but Teams will not.

Top 5: +15 Points
Top 10: +10 Points

Please PM me your ratings. Anybody who fails to send me ratings will be left with only the base ratings, but this isn't much of a penalty.

-If you're submitting multiple entries in a single series, don't count on all of them getting in with the schedule lengths that you want. I really want to avoid what happened last season with more than 40 cars on every entry list in the Lowe Dollar Series.
-Numbers are considered taken if they appear on the TMPedia team charts. Number conflicts and letters are only allowed in the Super Series.
-I'd rather teams didn't use 010-099 unless there's an intent other than resolving a number conflict.
-Drivers running full-time in other series may not run more than half of the races in any of the FARC series.
-Drivers must be at least 14 years old, and preferably from North America unless they're entering as a one-off for the Russian race. Drivers younger than 21 may not also be the listed car owner.
-Sponsors must either be fictional (original or from another source), small/not commonly known, or defunct as of roughly 2000.

-The Lowe Dollar Series manufacturers provided are Saar (Revere on the Camaro mesh, Carolina on the Generic mesh), Lenard (R37 on the Mustang mesh, Cheyenne R20 on the Generic mesh), Inglesby (Bolero on the Challenger mesh, Sonicboom on the Generic mesh), Lycoia (Interceptor on the Generic mesh), and Kanako (Serpent on the Generic mesh).

-The Super Series manufacturers provided are Saar (Revere and Carolina), Lenard (R37 and Cheyenne R20), Inglesby (Bolero and Sonicboom), Lycoia (Interceptor), and Kanako (Serpent), as well as a number of brandless decals.

-Manufacturer ID only applies to the Lowe Dollar Series and Super Series. You may use manufacturer stickers other than what comes with the templates.
-Multiple drivers are acceptable; please copy the 5 Driver fields in the signup form for each driver.
-The Truck Series is meant to be fairly isolated from the other two series; while some crossover between the Lowe Dollar Series and the Super Series is expected, crossover between the Truck Series and the other two series should be much less common.
-Part-time schedules will be used for the Super Series and Truck Series this year.
-Please don't paint your cars or submit requests until your entries appear on the team charts.

Notes: The legendary short track ringer, Steven Wallace Jr. who has had a long career of all kinds of racing. Dirt stocks, motorbike racing, dirt bike racing and many, many late model careers. He was even a monster truck driver once in his life. Steven Wallace Jr. has made an estimated 630 different starts on short tracks or ovals alike and even some higher speed tracks and has been crowned king of short tracks dubbed by his loyal fans. Estimated around 73 wins in his 27 year career, not many people know about Steven Wallace Jr., but those who do, know you better watch out on short tracks as he will be very quick and very skillful at what he does. He has long since stated that he doesn't want to be super famous which is why he, until FARC caught his eye finally when they opened the Larry Lemon program. Since it's debut, Wallace Jr. has been preparing and training up youngsters and even himself for the FARC Larry Lemon series and looks to set his debut shortly. Legend has it, he may never want to race in the Lowe Dollar series as it is "too popular."

Using race wins as an example, does this mean that a driver would receive three points per race win since 2017? Or simply three points?

And will a driver who has won a race receive bonuses for their Top 5(s) and Top 10(s), as well? Or just their win(s)?

Figured that I'd ask here in case anyone else has similar questions.

Cars for the Super Series and Truck Series are due Friday, August 23. I don't necessarily plan on running their first races immediately afterwards though.

I've also changed the way I handle performance bonuses so that they're much easier to keep track of. Don't worry about applying these if you plan on submitting a .car file.
