Question about old standings. Empty Question about old standings.

Post by Spen Mon Jun 05, 2017 2:49 pm

Hey all, long time no see. I was looking around TMPedia, and I noticed that no one ever posted the full year end point standings. And with the old freewebs links apparently having dissapeared into the ether, I can't seem to find any traces of points from below 20th. Does anyone have the old standings saved anywhere?

Also, I noticed that the #87 car driven by Jason Parks and Johnathan Flourney in 2007 isn't listed anywhere on the team chart, nor could I find the team name on the old forum. Anyone remember what it was called?

I think the only person that could have the old results (07-09) would by Cynon himself, I really can't think of anyone else. I'll see if I can dig 'em up through web.archive when I am able to find the link to it, but I doubt it's possible depeding on how long the site has been down.

I might still have them on my zombie WinXP drive. I'll check when I can.

Thanks to persistently clicking every single link on the old forum, I was able to find working links to the final standings for 2007 and 2008.

http://www.freewebs.com/tmcup/mastercupfinalpoints.html
http://tmcup.webs.com/TMMC/rpmstandings.html

Still have to track down '09, but at least this is much better than what I thought we had to work with. I'm saving all these, plus any 11th-42nd results that I can find.

If I still have them in the RPM installation on my other HD, I'll export them with all of the corrected team information (some names were retconned, but some team names may look weird because I did start recycling team entries due to RPM having so many it was becoming legitimately hard to sift through it) and full results.

Edit: Looks like I still have 08 and 09.
