- On Pole...but...:
- Timothy Ruiz, who started on the pole in race one, led the first few laps before bad luck bit him in the butt. Tire issue and involve in a spin sent him down to 13th. His comment of Burr would haunt him as Burr finished 10th. Normally Ruiz would have a ton of comments to make, but tonight, he was rather somber and didn't have any comment to talk about. His dad, however, spoke for him. "He was very vocal and when tire when down, he was a bit disappointed but was still optimistic. Second Tire went down, he groan in frustration. Spun out, he would say "god f***** damn it! Why not blow my f***** engine while you're at it!" I never seen or heard Timothy so mad about issues"
Ruiz would finally comment via twitter (@TimRuiz) that he feels sorry for his team and his fans about his disappointing run. He also told us that his tire crew was given a warning. He would also mention Xavier, but refuse to comment what he said. We also failed to reach Xavier for a comment. We don't know how Ruiz will do when he returns for his next start at Nashville, but we might think he's due for a rebound race.

- Breggium Antutonnen is skeptical:
- After an...interesting day to say the least for Master Sport Racing....Antutonnen nonchalantly waved off Waalwer's....inquiries at tonight's race.
"I do not know what that was....but I have faith in my team." He stated as he left the track.
If you're curious, he was the first car to retire after going on an adventure. We'll have to see where this goes. Do we really have another Derrick Dudding?

- Good comeback by Rick Forest:
"We had a fast car in qualifying, I don't know what in the world happened at the start, the car just would not hook up as I would have liked, but just like last week, consistency and determination helped me pull through, to think I would be leading the standings in only my second year is a dream, but ya know what? I'm not complaining
