Rockingham UK? Empty Rockingham UK?

I have the 2007 version of this track, but the 2003 version's exe won't work and the 2005 version's link is broken. So does anyone happen to have these tracks?

I already tried the exe there, could you zip the track for me, the exe for some reason won't work on my PC.

"Rockingham_cup" has NASCAR logos, the one named "rockingham" is the one in the exe I wanted, but this NASCAR one is cool too!
