2016 Belgian GP

F1 is back from their summer break with the 13th round of the championship at Spa. There are a couple of things to get to before F1 hits the Spa.

Haryanto Out, Ocon In

Manor has a new driver for the rest of the season as they have replaced Rio Haryanto with Frenchman Esteban Ocon. Ocon will be driving alongside Pascal Wehrlein who scored Manor's only point this season at Austria. I have a feeling that Manor could be a team to watch out for in the future.

Who Else Could Move?

While no one will be joining Mercedes, Red Bull, and Ferrari, there have been a lot of talks about teams and drivers in the midfield possibly moving seats. Some examples have included Button to Williams with Stoffel Vandoorne replacing him at McLaren, Sergio Perez to Renault, and Kvyat being kicked out of Toro Rosso.

Lewis Hamilton has confirmed today that he will take one of his 10-Spot Grid Penalties that were issued to him for exceeding the maximum number of engine changes

Guys, we might have a really good race on our hands. Red Bull is faster than Mercedes, Hamilton will start in the back with Alonso and Ericsson, Haas has been in the top 10 in both practice sessions, this race will be more wide open than expected.

Mercedes didn't really do qualifying simulations and mostly ran on the soft tyre as opposed to the super soft. Rosberg'll most likely hold a safe gap of 5-8 tenths in qualifying as usual, if not more.

I am trying to get my hopes up for this race. I know it was qualifying trim but I am trying to find more reasons to watch the race other than Haas F1 and Max Verstappen.

Verstappen and Ricciardo are all the reason I need to watch any race.

Pretty good so far. It seems Verstappen has picked his home track to start driving like an 18 year old.
