Can We Make a Megathread for NR03 Sites?

I think it would be nice to have a post with links to all, or most of the sites where we can download NR03 mods, cars, painting stuff, tracks, etc.
The files hosted at NR2003 Encyclopedia, NR2K3 tracks, etc. are useful, but I'd also like to have the links to the original sites as well.

I do have quite a few links myself which I can edit in. If you have some, post them here and specify the file types they have. I'd appreciate if you could be as specific as possible to the content hosted. For example, if it's a mod or paint scheme or base scheme site, please specify what mods they cover. If it's a track site, specify if they cover specific kinds of tracks, such as dirt tracks, road courses, fictional tracks, etc. Try to specify this for all categories if a site covers multiple field.

Finally, don't be afraid to add more obscure sites... as long as they have quality content.

FSE releases a lot of their own tracks. BTF has a repository of everything that used to be on Revamped Reloaded. Openspeedway hosts tracks, carfiles, and utilities. Team SBR hosts carfiles and painting utilities.
