Need help packing a .dat file

I'm trying to pack files for the Bira Circuit into a .dat, so have made a .pck including all the .mip and .3do in both the track and trackmat folders. However, when I go into WinMip2 to pack the files I receive an error:

"Error in wmbas/packen"

I've re-written the .pck twice to assure there aren't any typos, but each time it comes out in the same way. The first files packed to about 1.3mb before cancelling, this one only makes it to 0.5mb, so maybe there is a typo or I am just missing something entirely?

Don't use winmip, there is a program for that called NR2003DATter which purpose is to make .dat files for NR tracks
