What mod is it on and where can I get the CarViewer files?!

It is for the Indycar Racing mod v1.1 by Smiffsden, the series template is in the Overdrive thread in the Minor Leagues, and the mod download comes with the x-files or whatever they're called for CarViewer. ;]
