Oulton Park graphics problem Empty Oulton Park graphics problem

When running the Oulton Park track, all track and car textures become horribly blurred like this:

With the same settings at other tracks, there are no problems. But with both the regular Oulton and the Foster's Oulton version, I am having this problem so I don't know what is causing this?
