You mean the FIA has wised up?!?
Should have been done a while back, especially if you ended up having a race that was overcast at the least to begin with in these locales.

I honestly thought it was bullshit that the F1 would schedule it's races around the UK. The series is supposed to be viewed internationally, but always seemed to revolve around letting the viewers in the UK benefiting in some way. Hell, even the Aussie GP is still 2 hours later than it once was
