Unless it got changed without notice, the #29 is a part-time Truck.

The 29 ran all the races until Kentucky, so I assumed he was a full-time entry.Spannerhead29 (Nelson) wrote:Unless it got changed without notice, the #29 is a part-time Truck.

- Spoiler:
- Angel Gray's title hopes likely over after Valve problem at Talledega. Vallee celebrates 6th
Angel Gray, a regular in the 88, was the only full-time car to keep up with the pack today at Dega, but during a caution, a faulty valve finished her day after having a great points day. LSM's other driver Pascal Vallee, in only his second ever start, finished in 6th place.
Gray : Such a great truck, our random luck is the only reason that we're not the points leader. It sucks...
Vallee : Je ne sais pas quoi dire, un 6e place, c'est bon pour quelqu'un qui a jamais venu ici!(I don't know what to say, a 6th place, that's good for someone who never raced here!)
Pellerin lackluster after hitting wall, continues bridesmaid status.
3-time runner up this year, Luc Pellerin, continued his strong part-time effort here at the Talladega Superspeedway, with a 9th place finish in a damaged truck.

- Spoiler:
- Casey Lester: This feels almost like a win. Even if it's a superspeedway, it's the first Top 5 for me as a driver and a team owner in FARC. A Top 5's a Top 5 and you can't take it away from me. By the way, I want to apologize to Jake Wesley under that yellow. I guess the battery was having some kind of problem and we stalled out, so I was trying everything I could to get it refired and once you spun me out, the RPMs kicked in and we got going again. I'll try and make sure that doesn't happen again.
Patrick Johannson: What a year, huh? About 100 engine grenades gets a bit bland after a few weeks, but it's felt like we've been doing it on purpose lately. I don't have any idea why this ain't fixed yet. We're definitely better than what we've got to show for this year and I'll do everything in my power to prove it.

- Another Engine Failure For Fochesato: Truck #37 Exits Race Early @ Talladega
To say that the regulars of the FARC LoBo Truck Tour have been struggling to compete with the other competitors throughout the 2014 season would be hardly inappropriate. To say that Vincenzo Fochesato has been struggling would be nearly as true, and the struggles continued for him this week at the Talladega Superspeedway. A piston failure on the #37 Lycoia Rebel would end Fochesato's day on just the 8th lap.
This is not the first time that his truck has failed to hold together through a race in 2014; all 4 of his retirements this season, half of the first 8 races, were a result of mechanical issues. In fact, this is the third race in a row where it has happened.
"We're doing the best that we can, I won't ever question that, but it's really disappointing to have to bring a broken truck back to everyone in the garage again. I think that it's safe to say that we've been struggling with our new V6 department this season, but we've got 4 more races to get things turned around, and I know that there's no reason why we can't. I know that this season hasn't been the greatest, but that doesn't mean that we still can't get some good results!"
Fochesato was racing with Samantha Spires for the 14th position at the time of the engine failure. He had been keepng up with the rear of the lead pack, and was only just beginning to make his way around some other trucks, so it appears uncertain how he would have performed had he been able to continue.
Fochesato is now 8th in the points standings, 127 points and well over one full race behind championship leader Jeremy Baker.
