41 Newgrounds Lycoia Brute

I've had this running around in my head for a little while, and then seeing Plissken post his Danger Mouse car... why don't I just get my idea done already?
Oh, and I'm asking myself, and you all, should I have this as my Decatur One Off? (In place of the Flamer Terra Motorsports Car)
What about rendering it as well? I may post screenies or I'll let it be rendered which ever
