NR2003 Offline league idea

Are there or have there been any offline leagues where it is a competition to see who can complete a challenge in a certain way?

For example: Instead of just submitting your cars to be run for 1 specific mod. You would submit you car to run in a race, but only a few events. Other events would include:

Getting the fastest lap time w/ a certain mod/car/ track
Beat a lap time
Complete a difficult track (Like Baja, the Nurburgring, or Isle of Man) in certain time
Do a Forza Type Challenge (How many cars you can pass, a slalom like thing, drifting, autocross)
An online race (if you could attend) and do any or more of these things

Basically anything that would enhance your enhance your racing experience, and make you step out of your comfort zone. You could also paint a car for each challenge, if you really like that.

For more specifics: The assignment might look something like this:

Mod:Cup 2003
Challenge: you must beat a lap time of 48.5 at Daytona
Award: Earn 10 points

or

Mod: Trans Am
Challenge: Drift around Watkins Glen (With damage off to make it fair)
Award: +5 points on every successful turn

It would just go like that for a season, and like normal a victor is chosen.
