Track .lp advice/help?

I'm making my own track, and I'm having issues with the .lp's I
made...

1) The cars like to bunch up into one lane when they are in the
pace lap to the green.

2) They want to smash into each other in the exit of a turn,
spinning each other out and making a yellow (idk if this is a bad
.lp making or not...)

3) When the pace car leaves, the AI race in a single-file line
the entire time. They follow the race.lp religiously, even though
there is a maxrace.lp and a minrace.lp

NOTE: This track is an oval with RIGHT turns, so should maxrace
and minrace be flipped?

Maxrace is on the left, minrace is on the right. It's always this regardless of a track's orientation.
