Camping World RV Sales 301 - NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
After Jimmie Johnson's Daytona sweep which hadn't been done since 1982 by Bobby Allison, the Sprint Cup Series heads to the Magic Mile in New Hampshire! Can the boys at Hendrick and Gibbs continue to dominate as we enter the 2nd half of the season, or can Penske, RCR, and MWR pick up the pace and rack up those much needed wins before the Chase?
http://www.jayski.com/news/stats/2013/story/_/page/19-New-Hampshire-2013-Entry-List
On a side note, Morgan Shepherd will become the oldest driver to qualify for a NASCAR Sprint Cup race at the age of 71 if no one else enters the race.

Since I don't think that 52 car is parking, expect Morgan Shepherd to finish about 20-30 laps down if it doesn't fall apart due to being excessively trash.

Somewhat off topic, why does some, like Edwards, Junior, and such, have 17 owner attempts?!? Not unless I'm missing something

Keep in mind that this is off Jayski, and they make mistakes like that rather often.

So Mike Olsen V2.0?

Think Terry Labonte in the #32, not Olson.

But Labonte only does restrictor plate tracks where he can stay on the lead lap.

In Olsen's defense he only finished 11 laps down, which was pretty much par for the #32 team last year.

I doubt it will be Shepherd's driving ability that will result in him finishing 20-30 laps down. Look who he's driving for. As much as I like that driver-team combo, K Automotive probably has the worst Cup equipment of anyone.

Timmy Hill finished on the lead lap for them though.

I'm not saying they didn't have lead lap finishes, I'm saying that they normally finished several laps down, which outnumbered the five lead lap finishes the team had last season. Oh, and Timmy Hill had some recent experience in NASCAR, while Mike Olsen had only run in 14 races in one of NASCAR's big three series.

If he were to get busted by NASCAR for something, would he have to go to jail, not be able to pass GO, and collect $200?!?

he'd simply have to just visit jail.. i'm sure johnson would give big mac one of his get out of jail free cards.. he seems to have alot of those
Re: Camping World RV Sales 301 - NASCAR Sprint Cup Series
The defending series champ Brad Keselowski might turn his luck around because he'll be on the pole for Sunday's race . Jimmie Johnson starts next to him.
EDIT: It also means that he'll be eligible for the 2014 Sprint Unlimited.

As much as I don't like J.J., it ridiculous what rules NASCAR has these days.

Curse them for handing out a penalty for a rule infraction! HOW DARE THEM FOLLOW THE RULES THEY MANDATE!

Racing-Reference is probably throwing a party to celebrate this occasion.

Actually, his front end was low, so they disallowed him, according to Jayski.

They mandate idiotic rules that only serve to hold the sport back. And then shell out ridiculous penalties for even the most minor infractions. This isn't the first time they've done something stupid, and it won't be the last. NASCAR has gone from a legitimate racing league to a bad reality show.

There were more teams than just the 48 that had to go through the laser scan twice.

When Jimmie loses, we all win. I have no issue with this. those guys cheat all the time, no one should be surprised. (really, not just saying that because I don't like him)

No need for Kevin Harvick to do that. Seems like all he does in NASCAR nowadays is cry about someone just to have a reason to wreck them.
