NBC Sports Network to air four ARCA races
Unfortunately, all on a tape delay. The good news is, one of them will be the dirt track race at the Illinois State Fairgrounds:

I smell another series lost by Speed and picked up by NBC Sports network, Even if its just four for now. Just wished this would've been announced before this weekend's race so I could've at least seen the Road America race.

Fox's coverage of motorsport is in serious doubt!

All tape delay, that's not great. However, seeing the dirt races is!

Who the hell cares if they are tape delayed or not? You get to see them unlike on with SPEED...
Re: NBC Sports Network to air four ARCA races
It could of been worse. ESPN could have picked them up and you would never see them at all.PKligBKFan wrote:Who the hell cares if they are tape delayed or not? You get to see them unlike on with SPEED...

The sad thing is that when ESPN was actually good at covering motorsports, they did a great job with their ARCA coverage. Hell, they even did the Southwest Tour races at Sonoma back in the 1990s.conrail1990 wrote:It could of been worse. Now, ESPN won't care unless your name is Danica Patrick, LeBron James, the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers, or some other name.

Or if your team was in the AL or NL East or in the AFC or NFC East, seeing as those are the only teams that play on ESPN nowadays.PYLrulz wrote:Chives2112 wrote:The sad thing is that when ESPN was actually good at covering motorsports, they did a great job with their ARCA coverage. I can live with tape delay, as long as we actually get to watch some ARCA races on non-NASCAR tracks!

After they lost F1, I pretty much knew it was the end of their racing coverage.
