Numbers could be taller, and rear logo could be made to fit within the indentation.

Agreed, lower the numbers and make them taller. The design is really nice, but the red text on the red background looks kind of strange. Maybe consider changing some of the red on the car to dark blue?

All issues that I can see have already been stated. Those aside, I've never actually seen a Red Bull car that, well, red before!

Drew Eisenman actually painted a red Red Bull car to promote the cherry Red Bull. It looked really nice.

That being said, I think this needs to be blue. The red on red is annoying. Also like everyone else said, make the door numbers larger. That's a solid first car you have there, though!
