Aggression
Consistency
Finishing
Qualifying

SECTION 2: Driver Skills By Track Type

Road Course
Short Track
Speedway
Superspeedway

SECTION 3: Car (Team Owners will do this part)

Aerodynamics
Chassis
Engine
Reliability

Then the base ratings...

Bases for drivers...

Past Champions/Ex-TMMC/ARLA/Lights Drivers (with at least 10 starts): 70-80
Winners in Dash Cup OR 4 top 5's in 2012 (see list below): 65-75
Raced Last Season (5+ races): 60-70
Rookie: 55-65

Bases for cars...


TMMC/Lights/Past Champion Teams: 70-80
Race Winning Teams in Dash Cup: 65-75
Other Teams/One Off Teams: 60-70

Pircrews are 0-100. Base ratings will change for the car per manufacturer but I'll make these edits myself.
