- Spoiler:
Taylor Finishes 3rd at Road America
Cameron Taylor, driver of the Team Timothy #68, had a strong run at Road America, finishing third after a late race battle with Jacob Kard for second. Kard and Taylor fought for the runner up position for most of the race, with Kard prevailing in the end.
"I love this track. We had one of the fastest cars all weekend, and the results show that. A third place is great for this team. I think a win is on the horizon."
He also commented on the battle with Kard:
"Jacob raced me hard and clean. It was a great battle."

- Matthews happy with Ingwersen's run:
The new era of TM Lights for Matthews Motorsports got off to a decent start.
Arkansas native Brooke Ingwersen, in her first race for the team after taking over for Tiffany Matthews, brought the No. 16 A&W Bolden home in a respectable 15th place at Road America after hanging around in the top 10 for most of the event.
"Brooke did a fantastic job, considering how little time she's had in this car," team owner Ryan Matthews said. "We couldn't have asked for more."
Next for the team is the New York Autoring, the site of one of the most notorious incidents in TM Lights history - an incident Matthews referenced in his comments.
"I just hope nobody pulls a Bandsma out there," he said jokingly. "I think the series has gotten to the point where the drivers are a little smarter than he was. We'll see, though."

Ingwersen Happy with Maiden Matthews Outing
Arkansas native Brooke Ingwersen may not have been in a TM Lights car at all this season, but one may not have known that by watching her in the #16 Matthews Motorsports car. After making sporadic appearances in drag racing this season, Ingwersen was called up to replace Tiffany Matthews on short notice and was a contender for a top 5 at one point in her TM Lights return.
"Just want to thank the Matthews family for giving me a shot. The car was really fast and everything about this team is managed very well." Ingwersen said.
"We didn't get the mileage we needed to and we got back in 15th, but these guys are pretty good."

Griffin seen throwing helmet against car after crash
For Ryan Griffin Road America was suppose to be a chance to redeem himself after the incidents in Ohio, but the racing gods had something else in mind. Griffin was involved in an early crash after he took a corner too hard and hit Dexter Hamlet collect other cars.
After Griffin brought his car to garage after the event, he was seen taking his helmet and reportedly throwing in against the side of the car in anger.
Request for comment from Griffin was denied.
