Metro's Painting Thread
I decided to make this thread for renders and flats that didn't compete because the series fell through, early (prototype) versions of the manufacturers that you see in canon today, cars that were cast aside or ones I just made up.

The 4 car reminds of this, because the style scheme looks rather similar to it:

I like the second 80's Sceptre, the white one.
Also, if Ten0rs screwed up that last car, then it was a good screw up, cause that's awesome!

The Italian flag looks really awkward on those numbers. If that was ever in a video it would be hard to read the number.

They all suck compared to all the stuff that isn't supposed to look terrible on here. the latest one I'm actually pretty happy about but it could do with a few adjustments.

Make the Yellow parts white instead. Yellow isn't part of the sponsor's color scheme.

There's still spots; just go to the silly season thread. The exhibition races were for 2012 cars mainly anyways.

Not a 100% on that number font but I don't know of any others.
Opinions?
This car is now available if you want to use it for the ISCS.

Love that Lynxe car, only complaint is the number font, doesn't really fit the car IMO.

Personally, I think most of these look pretty good (but the 87 needs a redo, as well as the 18 as long as it isn't supposed to be fail).
I'd say use all of these in the ISCS.

the 87 was a kinda ditched effort and I binned the design for that and the 18 is my first ever car that is only on here for sentimental value. Unfortunately there isn't enough people joined up to the ISCS at the moment but if anyone wants to use any of the cars in this thread, then just hand me a name, ratings and a number and that's all you need to do.
