Nothing, just figured they'd want someone else, someone who has been slightly more competitive than Briscoe over the last few years.

I'm not sure an IndyCar could, but I know of an IndyCar driver who can tell you that a Formula 1 car most definitely can

What's wrong with that? Briscoe drove his Penske car about as well as Rahal drove his Ganassi car; it's just that Briscoe got some wins to fall into his lap.
