Twenty Four Hours of Le Mans
There are quite a few stories coming into Le Mans this year
- Peugeot is gone
- Audi has both the "Audi ultra" diesel and the "e-tron" hybrid
- Toyota has entered the fray with a hybrid car
- Will Audi win again?
- Will Toyota unseat the champs?
- or will Pescarolo pull the upset?
- Stefan Johaanssen has come out of retirement
- Take cover! Hide the women and children! Say your prayers! Vickers debut, GT-Am's expansion and DÉLÉTRAZ'S RETURN!
- Can the Delta Wing be competitive?
- Can the Acuras...I mean HPDs...be competitive?
- Porsche vs. Ferrari vs. Corvette!
- Can the Lizards win? Will the Tifosi celebrate? Or will the PratFrat prevail?
- this is a pressing question: who will Rob Kauffman wreck?
- A LOT of F1 expats on the list: Karun Chandhock, Franck Montagy, Anthony Davidson, Jean-Denis Délétraz, Kazuki Nakajima, Alexander Wurz...
- Speaking of those last two, Nakajima replaced Wurz at Williams in F1. Now they are co-drivers. Awkward.
- Can Jaime "The Junkyard Dog" Melo finish without hitting something?
- Can Tom Kristenson do it again?
We shall see.

The only two things we know for sure is Audi wins, and the race will last 24 hours.

How's Deletraz going to cope with an endurance race? Last time he was in an F1 car he had an "arm cramp"...
Audi dominance again.

I don't think there'll be any hard feelings between them, Wurz's retirement was kinda out of left field, probably his own decision.

I have said it once and I'll say it again, While he may have been lost in a F1 car, Deletrez actually knows what he is doing in an endurance car.

Re: Twenty Four Hours of Le Mans
As usual, I wish the worst (within reason) for Franck Montagny. Why? Refer to Last Year At Le Mans and Petit Le Mans. I didn't hate Peugeot and actually enjoyed them competing against Audi, I just despise Montagny like I did Davidson when he wrecked the Corvette. I just flat out hope Kaufmann doesn't drive, period. I still haven't forgiven him for that incident last year. Curiously, last I saw Kaz Nakajima drive was when he was abit of a wrecking machine in F1 (Though nowhere near as bad as Ide). Interested to see how much much has changed or stayed the same.
